Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development & Execution; lead the digital marketing strategy to drive brand growth, ensuring alignment with business objectives; manage and optimise campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email marketing, paid search, and display advertising; continuously analyse and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise outcomes.
  • Content Creation & Brand Storytelling; collaborate with the content team to create compelling, luxury-focused digital content that resonates with our target audience; ensure the brand’s voice and aesthetic are consistently represented across all digital touchpoints, enhancing the brand’s image in the luxury skin care market, to ultimately drive sales.
  • Social Media Management; develop and implement social media strategies to engage with the brand’s community, increase followers, and drive traffic to the website; oversee day-to-day management of social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms; monitor and engage with comments, messages, and online reviews, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • SEO & SEM Optimisation; oversee the execution of SEO strategies, ensuring our website is optimised for organic search visibility; manage PPC campaigns and paid search advertising, focusing on ROI and budget efficiency.
  • Email Marketing; design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive repeat purchases, and increase customer loyalty; analyse email campaign performance and implement improvements to increase open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Key Skills:

  • experience in digital marketing within the luxury beauty and skin care sector, with a focus on brand storytelling, customer engagement, and driving growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and trends (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) and website analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Expertise in social media strategy, community management, and influencer partnerships.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills with a keen eye for brand aesthetics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of the luxury skincare market and customer preferences.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
