Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop original design concepts and bring them to life.
• Lead design projects from start to finish, making sure everything looks amazing.
• Work closely with the creative team to make sure everything stays on-brand.
• Collaborate with the Client Services team to understand what the client needs.
• Present your work to clients and talk them through your design choices.
• Keep an eye on design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Support and mentor junior designers to help them develop their skills.
• Make sure designs are ready for print and work with artworkers to finalise them.

Key Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in branding and packaging design, ideally in an agency setting.
• A strong portfolio that shows off your creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience working with FMCG, luxury, or premium brands.
• Confident in coming up with ideas that not only look good but work for the brand.
• Able to present your ideas clearly and explain the thinking behind them.
• Good at juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines without breaking a sweat.
• Happy to mentor junior designers and give constructive feedback.
