Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of brand positioning, narrative, and tone of voice for high-end property, architecture, and cultural client
  • Translate complex developments into clear, compelling, and culturally relevant brand proposition
  • Create research-led insight and strategic frameworks to guide naming, design, messaging, and overall brand experience
  • Work collaboratively with creative directors, designers, and writers to ensure strategy drives and supports all creative output
  • Craft and present elegant, intelligent decks and documentation that clearly articulate strategic thinking
  • Participate in and lead workshops, naming sessions, and brand discovery processes with confidence and clarity

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in a senior strategy role within branding, ideally across property, luxury, or design-led sectors
  • A natural storyteller with a strong editorial sensibility and deep understanding of culture, audience, and place
  • Comfortable leading workshops and presenting ideas to senior stakeholders
  • Skilled at distilling complex briefs into clear, ownable brand ideas and structures
  • Collaborative, independent, and confident in a fast-paced, freelance environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with a refined and intelligent approach to brand language and positioning
