Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of brand positioning, narrative, and tone of voice for high-end property, architecture, and cultural client
- Translate complex developments into clear, compelling, and culturally relevant brand proposition
- Create research-led insight and strategic frameworks to guide naming, design, messaging, and overall brand experience
- Work collaboratively with creative directors, designers, and writers to ensure strategy drives and supports all creative output
- Craft and present elegant, intelligent decks and documentation that clearly articulate strategic thinking
- Participate in and lead workshops, naming sessions, and brand discovery processes with confidence and clarity
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a senior strategy role within branding, ideally across property, luxury, or design-led sectors
- A natural storyteller with a strong editorial sensibility and deep understanding of culture, audience, and place
- Comfortable leading workshops and presenting ideas to senior stakeholders
- Skilled at distilling complex briefs into clear, ownable brand ideas and structures
- Collaborative, independent, and confident in a fast-paced, freelance environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with a refined and intelligent approach to brand language and positioning
