Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading and directing account teams to achieve client deliverables and introduce new expertise to generate additional revenue profitability and relationship longevity.
- You will direct and grow large-scale and complex accounts while ensuring excellence in strategic and creative standards, working in conjunction with the project leadership teams.
- Be seen as an expert business partner and advisor to the client, proactively identify issues or opportunities and provide solutions.
- Understand the procurement process and cultivate relationships with the procurement team.
- Positively influence others as well as provide solutions when challenges arise.
- Connect the facets of the client’s business to generate impactful solutions to create long – term growth for both agency and client.
- You will partner with Project Leadership to ensure objectives and revenue targets are met.

- Essential that you have worked in a top tier branding agency and have experience of working on large brand architecture projects.
- Exceptional client management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of creative processes.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities—able to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities with ease.
