Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all areas of the inbound pipeline. Working closely with the Senior Director of Business Development, you will focus on Tier 1 inbound leads that require senior leadership input, ensuring that these opportunities are expertly nurtured and progressed.
- Oversee all inbound enquiries, qualifying and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline to ensure effective conversion.
- Lead the creation and execution of pitches, proposals, RFIs, and RFPs, ensuring they are on-brand, accurate, and engaging.
- Collaborate with team leads to develop proposals, budgets, and plans, ensuring that winning projects and clients align with our business development strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the agency’s unique value propositions and creative capabilities
Key Skills:
- Experience in business development or sales roles within a similar agency or creative environment.
- Strong understanding of brand, strategy and design disciplines across our markets and industry.
- Experience working in a high paced creative agency environment, driving opportunities and exceeding targets.
- Growth mindset with a focus on driving net new business and organic growth.
- Excellent persuasion and influence skills to positively guide prospects through the sales funnel.
