Key Responsibilities:

• Manage small and mid-sized projects alone as well as big ones alongside a Client Director.
• Help drive and grow client relationships.
• Work closely with design and strategy teams to deliver projects above expectations.
• Be responsible for overall account administration.
• Be responsible for driving delivery of work on brief, time and budget.
• Be responsible for facilitating team communication, enabling shared thinking and delivery.
• Be solid at scoping proposals for new and existing clients, including planning, timelines, costing, etc.

Key Skills:

• +5 years of experience in similar position in packaging & branding agency.
• Proven experience in managing mid to large scale projects.
• Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility for delivery.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work under high-pressure, on multiple work streams and under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills, with a focus on building trust and long-term partnerships, with you understand the importance of brand as a management tool.
