Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and objectives.​

  • Oversee the execution of branding projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Work closely with internal teams, including designers, strategists, and production staff, to deliver high-quality creative solutions.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients, aligning branding efforts with their business goals.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction.​
  • Prepare and present regular updates to clients, keeping them informed of project progress and outcomes.​

Key Skills:

  • 3+ years in account management within a branding or creative agency environment.​
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.​
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.​

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, ensuring their needs are met effectively.​
