We are working with a world-class creative studio to find an exceptional Project Lead for an exciting and highly prestigious commission: the design of an ultra-luxury sales gallery in Seoul. This role calls for a senior-level creative—Executive Creative Director, Interior Designer, Strategist, or a hybrid—with a track record of leading complex, high-end spatial design projects and delivering strategic, visual, and presentation excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative vision and strategic direction for the project, from concept through to design intent.
- Develop and deliver a compelling Concept Design and a detailed Design Intent Package
- Direct or collaborate on the production of high-quality visualisations (3D)
- Confidently present concepts and ideas to senior stakeholders, both internally and client-side. Manage workflow and resources efficiently, accounting for fluctuating project demands.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring design excellence and consistency throughout
Key Skills:
- A senior creative with a strong background in interior design, strategic branding, or architecture—hybrid experience highly desirable.
- Proven experience delivering ultra-luxury environments or brand experiences, ideally across global markets.
- Exceptional presentation skills—both visual storytelling and verbal communication.
- Ability to lead creative teams and maintain momentum across shifting workloads.
- Fluent in concept development and design communication tools (e.g. InDesign, Photoshop, 3D rendering software).
