You’ll be responsible for leading concept development, overseeing creative execution, and shaping visual language across a wide range of global clients and sectors. This is a role for someone who’s comfortable blending brand identity with content, and who thinks in stories, systems, and high-impact moments.

Lead the creative development of brand identity systems, campaigns, editorial content, and cross-channel design work

Shape visual direction from concept to execution, guiding both internal teams and external collaborators

Collaborate closely with strategy, editorial, and production to ensure creative alignment across every touchpoint

Pitch creative ideas internally and to clients, articulating vision with clarity and conviction

Mentor and inspire junior and midweight designers, elevating the creative output across the studio

Work across diverse sectors including luxury, aviation, lifestyle, transport, travel, and hospitality
Key Skills:
- You will have a refined design sensibility and an editorial mindset—someone who can craft brand worlds that are as strategically grounded as they are visually compelling.

7+ years of experience in a creative agency or design-led studio, ideally in roles spanning brand and content

A strong, refined portfolio that shows conceptual thinking, system design, and crafted execution across print, digital, and spatial environments

Passion for typography, photography, and editorial design with a global, culturally aware outlook

Experience presenting to and working with senior clients and stakeholders

Able to lead projects independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team

Naturally curious, visually literate, and always thinking a step ahead
- High end luxury experience from a competitor branding agency, ideally in placemaking or property branding.
