Key Responsibilities:
- As a senior-level strategy role, you will be working closely with creative, design, and client services teams to shape the direction of some of the world’s most exclusive brands. From crafting narratives for ultra-premium property developments to defining the voice of next-generation hospitality, you’ll play a leading role in shaping strategy from brief to execution.

Lead strategic development across branding projects: positioning, architecture, naming, tone of voice, messaging frameworks.

Collaborate with design and client teams to ensure brand strategies come to life in engaging, effective ways.

Conduct and interpret research, interviews, workshops, and insights to form the strategic backbone of branding work.

Present strategy to high-level clients with clarity, confidence, and inspiration.
Key Skills:

5+ years of experience in a brand strategy or similar role (agency-side preferred)

Proven experience in naming, positioning, brand architecture, and messaging

Exposure to luxury, real estate, or hospitality sectors is a strong advantage

Experience working with premium or global brands on high-stakes projects

Excellent client-facing skills and presentation ability
