Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the brand strategy process across two hotel projects, from research to final articulation.
  • Develop brand naming territories and strategic rationale.
  • Design and present visual identities aligned with brand pillars and luxury positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to shape and communicate design direction.
  • Translate strategic thinking into compelling creative outputs that guide the full brand experience.
  • Present work to senior client teams with confidence and clarity.
  • Ensure outputs are delivered to the highest quality within project timelines.

Key Skills:

  • Proven track record at brand agencies delivering strategy and design for luxury hospitality or F&B brands.

  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to lead brand articulation from a blank page.

  • Excellent design credentials across naming, identity, and brand expression.

  • Confident in presenting to and engaging with senior stakeholders.

  • Able to work autonomously and manage timelines and priorities effectively.

  • Based in or near London, with ability to attend meetings 1 day per week.
