Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate brand strategy and positioning into compelling visual concepts, brand identities, and design systems.

  • Contribute to the development of logos, typography, colour palettes, iconography, and art direction across print, digital, and environmental applications.

  • Collaborate across disciplines —strategy, client services, naming, implementation —to ensure creative integrity from concept to execution.

  • Participate/Steer in idea generation and internal reviews, presenting work clearly and confidently to both teams and clients.

  • Support/Lead in preparing presentation decks, guidelines, and implementation-ready artwork with strong attention to detail.

  • Stay tuned into design trends, cultural shifts, and industry innovations to continuously elevate the work.

Key Skills:

  • 3-7 years of experience in a branding, creative, or multidisciplinary design studio.

  • A portfolio that showcases conceptual strength, sophisticated aesthetics, and versatile application across mediums.

  • Solid experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), with bonus points for Figma, After Effects, or 3D tools.

  • A passion for design that responds to context—whether architectural, cultural, geographic, or historical.

  • Strong organisational / leadership skills, with the ability to manage your own time / oversee a team, and handle multiple workstreams with maturity.

  • A collaborative, open mindset and a willingness to both lead and learn.
