A forward-thinking, multidisciplinary studio working at the intersection of branding, interiors, and experiential design, which shapes immersive, story-led brand identities for some of the most exciting names in global hospitality — from high-end F&B concepts to international hotel groups and boutique destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of brand identities for global hospitality brands, boutique hotels, and restaurant concepts
  • Work closely with interior designers and strategists to ensure a cohesive brand narrative across physical and digital touchpoints
  • Translate strategic insights and storytelling into bold, immersive visual concepts
  • Design a wide range of assets including brand identities, signage, environmental graphics, menus, printed collateral, and digital mockups
  • Support the creative process from concept development through to design execution and final delivery
  • Participate in internal critiques and present ideas clearly to both colleagues and clients
  • Stay informed on design trends, especially within hospitality, travel, and experiential branding
  • Help maintain high visual standards and ensure consistency across all project outputs

Key Skills:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in branding, graphic design, or environmental design
  • A strong, well-rounded portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and executional craft, particularly in hospitality, lifestyle, or experiential projects
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); familiarity with Figma or motion tools is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary team
  • An eye for detail and typography, with a strong understanding of layout, materials, and production processes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and rationale
  • Passionate about travel, culture, storytelling, and spatial design
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage time across multiple projects
