Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact brand programmes for major global clients. You’ll manage strategy and creative teams, act as trusted client contact, and drive seamless project execution with both precision and agility.

Lead day-to-day client relationships as the primary point of contact for large global accounts

Manage multiple integrated projects across brand, identity, and comms—from briefing to execution

Oversee timelines, budgets, and internal resourcing to ensure smooth delivery

Collaborate with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver exceptional quality

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and support new business pitches as needed
Key Skills:
- 5+ years in agency client-side or senior account management roles—ideally in branding/FMCG/corporate brand settings
- Experience managing global clients at a Tier 1 branding agency
- Strong commercial acumen, organisational ability, and attention to detail
- Confident presenter able to convey strategic thinking and build rapport with C-suite
- Collaborative mindset, strong verbal/written skills, and ability to thrive in fast-paced team environments
