Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact brand programmes for major global clients. You’ll manage strategy and creative teams, act as trusted client contact, and drive seamless project execution with both precision and agility.
  • Lead day-to-day client relationships as the primary point of contact for large global accounts

  • Manage multiple integrated projects across brand, identity, and comms—from briefing to execution

  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and internal resourcing to ensure smooth delivery

  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver exceptional quality

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and support new business pitches as needed

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years in agency client-side or senior account management roles—ideally in branding/FMCG/corporate brand settings
  • Experience managing global clients at a Tier 1 branding agency
  • Strong commercial acumen, organisational ability, and attention to detail
  • Confident presenter able to convey strategic thinking and build rapport with C-suite
  • Collaborative mindset, strong verbal/written skills, and ability to thrive in fast-paced team environments
