Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead major design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring creative excellence at every stage

  • Act as the bridge between Creative Directors, Clients, Project Managers, and the Design Team

  • Champion design craft — setting high standards, providing direction, and offering hands-on support where needed

  • Interrogate briefs and shape strategically sharp creative responses

  • Ensure timely Creative Director input and sign-off at critical project phases

  • Stay current with design tools and emerging technologies, including AI, to push creative boundaries

  • Partner with project and client teams to keep projects on track, on budget, and on brief

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, presenting ideas persuasively and confidently

  • Mentor junior and mid-level designers to grow their skills, confidence, and critical thinking

  • Support case study creation and contribute to internal celebration of great work

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in a senior design role, ideally within branding, innovation, or consumer-focused creative environments

  • Exceptional design craft and execution skills, with deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and emerging tools

  • Strong creative vision paired with commercial thinking

  • Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities, capable of winning hearts and minds

  • Skilled in managing complex projects and guiding multi-disciplinary teams

  • Passion for mentoring and developing creative talent

  • Confident in interrogating briefs and collaborating cross-functionally

  • A keen eye for trends, and the ability to turn insights into relevant, powerful design solutions

  • Experience working with high-profile consumer brands
