Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design on projects from concept through to final execution, ensuring high quality and consistency
- Translate brand strategy and insights into compelling, relevant design solutions
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Project Managers, and Strategy teams
- Present work with clarity and confidence, both internally and to clients
- Stay hands-on with design tools, while bringing new thinking to visual storytelling and brand identity
- Maintain momentum on multiple projects and deadlines, while staying detail-focused
- Provide mentorship and day-to-day guidance to junior designers
- Contribute to internal inspiration sessions and share new tools, trends, and ideas with the wider team
- Ensure work aligns with the studio’s creative standards and strategic goals
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in a design role within a creative, brand or innovation-focused studio
- A portfolio that shows exceptional design thinking and execution across branding, packaging, and visual identity
- Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (and familiarity with motion or AI tools is a bonus)
- Strong conceptual thinking, with the ability to connect design to strategy and brand purpose
- Confident communicator and presenter, able to articulate design decisions effectively
- Highly organised and proactive in managing your time and projects
- Naturally collaborative, with the ability to work fluidly with other creatives, strategists, and client teams
- Passionate about pushing creative boundaries and evolving your own practice
