Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of brand identities—logos, visual systems, colour, typography and guidelines—that work globally and resonate locally

Translate brand strategy into visual narratives, ensuring brand consistency across packaging, campaigns, digital and physical touchpoints

Collaborate closely with strategists, project managers, and creative teams to ensure your design work aligns with strategic objectives and client goals

Mentor and support junior designers or freelancers contributing to project work

Present design rationales confidently to internal stakeholders and client-side brand teams, helping them understand the conceptual thinking behind visual choices
Key Skills:

At least 6+ years of experience designing for high-end brand identity projects, ideally at a senior level within agencies

Expertise in crafting flexible brand systems and storytelling across multiple media (print, packaging, digital, campaigns)

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma – with strong typographic and layout sensibility

Strong communicator with experience presenting work to clients and aligning design with strategic thinking

A creative thinker with a refined eye for detail, able to lead design ideation through to polished execution
