Key Responsibilities:

Lead major global client relationships as the senior client-facing partner

Oversee end-to-end delivery of integrated brand and campaign programmes, including strategy, identity, and comms

Drive large, complex projects with ownership of budgets, timelines, and resource planning

Collaborate with insight, strategy, design, and activation teams to deliver exceptional work

Identify and develop revenue-scaling opportunities across existing client base and new business

Represent the agency’s values and strategic vision to senior stakeholders and drive account growth
Key Skills:
- 5+ years in agency client-side or senior account management roles—ideally in branding/FMCG/corporate brand settings
- Experience managing global clients at a Tier 1 branding agency
- Strong commercial acumen, organisational ability, ambitious, hungry, and dynamic.
- Confident presenter able to convey strategic thinking and build rapport with C-suite
- Collaborative mindset, strong verbal/written skills, and ability to thrive in fast-paced team environments
- Must be a strong team leader (5–7 people), with a focus on team success over individual spotlight.

- Experience in Consumer, especially Pack, Comms, and Brand Strategy is essential.
