Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead major global client relationships as the senior client-facing partner

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of integrated brand and campaign programmes, including strategy, identity, and comms

  • Drive large, complex projects with ownership of budgets, timelines, and resource planning

  • Collaborate with insight, strategy, design, and activation teams to deliver exceptional work

  • Identify and develop revenue-scaling opportunities across existing client base and new business

  • Represent the agency’s values and strategic vision to senior stakeholders and drive account growth

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years in agency client-side or senior account management roles—ideally in branding/FMCG/corporate brand settings
  • Experience managing global clients at a Tier 1 branding agency
  • Strong commercial acumen, organisational ability, ambitious, hungry, and dynamic.
  • Confident presenter able to convey strategic thinking and build rapport with C-suite
  • Collaborative mindset, strong verbal/written skills, and ability to thrive in fast-paced team environments
  • Must be a strong team leader (5–7 people), with a focus on team success over individual spotlight.
  • Reflect agency’s high standard
  • Experience in Consumer, especially Pack, Comms, and Brand Strategy is essential.
