Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the senior client-facing lead across assigned global accounts: from onboarding through delivery.

  • Act as the trusted advisor—guiding strategy, storytelling direction and long‑term vision.

  • Maintain oversight of project delivery: ensure budgets, timelines and quality meet agency excellence standards.

  • Coordinate and lead internal teams including strategy, creative, production and digital to deliver integrated campaigns.

  • Drive client satisfaction through exceptional service, regular check-ins, proactive updates and insightful recommendations.

  • Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across brand, content or marketing services.

  • Manage financials: oversee budgets, billing, forecasts, profitability reporting and resource allocation.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations and project recaps to senior stakeholders.

  • Mentor and support mid‑senior client services staff to build capability and career growth.

  • Champion agency processes — refine workflow, client‑handling protocols and ensure consistency.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive agency experience at senior level (Client Service Director, Account Director or equivalent) working with premium/luxury brands in architecture, hospitality, real estate or lifestyle.

  • Track record delivering high‑end strategic storytelling, brand transformation and integrated campaigns.

  • Proven ability managing complex global client relationships; excellent stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong financial and commercial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, profitability, pricing and resourcing.

  • Exceptional leadership and team‑building skills; experience guiding and developing client services teams.

  • Outstanding communication, presentation and written skills: able to articulate strategic thinking with elegance and clarity.

  • Strategic, proactive and solutions‑oriented mindset; keen attention to detail.

  • Confident navigating fast‑paced environments while maintaining poise under pressure.

  • Familiarity with luxury visual, environmental, digital and experiential channels.
