Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the senior client-facing lead across assigned global accounts: from onboarding through delivery.

Maintain oversight of project delivery: ensure budgets, timelines and quality meet agency excellence standards.

Coordinate and lead internal teams including strategy, creative, production and digital to deliver integrated campaigns.

Drive client satisfaction through exceptional service, regular check-ins, proactive updates and insightful recommendations.

Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across brand, content or marketing services.

Manage financials: oversee budgets, billing, forecasts, profitability reporting and resource allocation.

Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations and project recaps to senior stakeholders.

Key Skills:

Extensive agency experience at senior level (Client Service Director, Account Director or equivalent) working with premium/luxury brands in architecture, hospitality, real estate or lifestyle.

Track record delivering high‑end strategic storytelling, brand transformation and integrated campaigns.

Proven ability managing complex global client relationships; excellent stakeholder management skills.
