A London-based creative studio operating at the intersection of brand strategy and purpose-driven design. They blend brand consultancy, innovation, and design to reinvent categories and create signature experiences that solve complex business challenges. Acting as creative extensions of their clients, and uncover new insights to make sense of increasingly interconnected ways of living, working, and moving. They are looking to expand their Client Partnership team at Account Executive, Account Manager & Account Director level

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial health of your accounts by tracking spend, managing scope creep, and ensuring change orders are approved before additional work starts

  • Partner with Creative Leads to develop and deliver sales strategies and client plans

  • Collaborate with senior leadership on revenue, pipeline, and overall account health reporting

  • Support inbound inquiries such as RFPs, proposals, and contribute to outbound growth initiatives

  • Lead day-to-day client communication, troubleshooting, and provide strategic guidance

  • Manage resource needs within accounts and coordinate with the Studio Manager

  • Use project and account management tools including Excel, Keynote, and ideally Paprika, Float, SmartSheets, and Miro

  • Confidently lead discussions with internal teams and C-suite clients.

Key Skills:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment at any of the three levels: Account Executive, Account Manager, or Account Director
  • Strong ability to build authentic client relationships and manage multiple accounts effectively
  • Excellent financial acumen related to account management
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, strategic thinker who can work collaboratively across teams and clients
  • Familiarity with key software tools mentioned above is preferred
