Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic consulting engagements, from diagnostic assessment through strategy design and implementation across sectors including government and commercial organisations.
  • Shape and oversee organisational strategy frameworks —tailored to client challenges in culture change, program delivery and operational transformation.
  • Facilitate executive-level strategy workshops and leadership off-sites, guiding stakeholders toward shared outcomes and actionable plans.
  • Collaborate across internal teams—data, communications, facilitation—to ensure a holistic, insight-led delivery approach.
  • Mentor and develop senior strategists, embedding best practices for stakeholder engagement, behavioural insights and facilitation.
  • Manage project financials, resourcing and client relationships, ensuring high-quality, on‑budget delivery.
  • Drive business development by shaping proposals, pitch narratives and strategic thought leadership contributions.

Key Skills:

  • Proven leadership experience in strategic or organisational consultancy, advisory or internal strategy roles at a senior (Director-level) capacity.

  • Strong expertise in organisational strategy, change management and stakeholder mapping.

  • Deep understanding of the human and behavioural dimensions of strategy—grounded in social science approaches.

  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills—confident at working with executive-level clients in workshop and presentation settings.

  • Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary strategic engagements and global stakeholder groups.

  • Commercial acumen: able to oversee scoping, budgeting, forecasting and value-based delivery.

  • A collaborative, creative mindset with high adaptability across different sectors and organisational types.

  • Alignment with sustainability or B Corp values and embedding ESG thinking into strategic practice where relevant.
