Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex brand or packaging design projects for global corporate clients
- Manage timelines, budgets, resourcing, risk mitigation, and quality control across multi-market rollouts
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across Strategy, Design, Innovation, UX, and Experience Design teams
- Act as the primary client liaison—managing stakeholder expectations, project communications, and escalation
- Produce project governance materials, status reports, and support billing and financial oversight
- Support pitch and proposal processes with resourcing insights, timelines, and delivery plans
Key Skills:
- 6+ years of project or account management experience within branding, packaging, or design-focused agency environments
- Proven track record of delivering multi-market consumer or corporate branding programmes for Tier 1 clients
- Strong financial and commercial understanding with budgeting, forecasting, and financial ownership
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage confidently with senior client teams
- Comfortable using platforms such as Asana, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or equivalent project tools
- Highly organised, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment
