Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Handling:
    • Overseeing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring that work is delivered on time and on budget
    • Being the day-to-day contact for clients, building on client relationships
    • Preparing creative briefs and detailed proposals
    • Highlighting resourcing required for projects in the scheduling meeting
    • Ensuring the Creative Directors are aware of changes to weekly resourcing as and when they occur
    • Monitoring projects through the studio, working closely with the creative team
    Farming & New Business:
    • Working closely with Directors to generate and deliver new projects
    • Contributing to the annual account plan and forecasting for allocated clients
    • Keeping Directors informed, at all times, of opportunities and issues relating to existing clients that may affect the company’s plans
    Finance:
    • Budgeting and estimating time and costs on projects
    • Generating back up sheets and ensuring these are passed to the
    accounts department
    • Ensuring that estimates are approved by clients, obtaining the necessary approval signatures and purchase orders

Key Skills:

  • 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Someone with an intuitive understanding of what we do and why it matters
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and imaginative
  • Approachable and diplomatic
  • A natural communicator – a good writer and strong presenter
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage workload under pressure
  • Extremely organised, flexible and always thinking ahead
  • Commercially aware and good with figures
  • A passion for doing great work – whatever it takes
