Key Responsibilities:
- You will be expected to use your expertise to expertly guide clients, advising them on the best solutions in line with their brand strategy and seeking opportunities that will maximise the potential for both the client and the agency.
- You will have clear, creative vision, be able to design and implement individual branding strategies whilst also maintaining oversight of the day to day, anticipating problems and providing solutions.
- You must be commercially astute and be able to contribute ideas to senior management discussions and be interested in developing client relationships.
Key Skills:
- 4+ years ideally from an Employer Brand, Culture or Global Branding agency or with transferable skills. Attitude and aptitude are key.
- Experience of working with a range of different clients, and a proven track record of developing brilliant client relationships.
- Track record of independently managing smaller projects without day-to-day oversight.
