Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end‑to‑end client account management: onboarding, stakeholder engagement, brief definition, budget & timeline oversight

  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, production, and finance teams to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations

  • Identify upsell opportunities and work proactively to grow accounts, while maintaining client satisfaction and retention

  • Monitor project performance, report on KPIs, handle risk management, and ensure continuous improvement in account delivery

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience managing mid‑ to large‑scale accounts in a brand, design, or marketing agency environment

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; confident presenting to senior client stakeholders

  • Solid business acumen: budget management, forecasting, identifying growth opportunities, and driving profit on account work
