Key Responsibilities:

Lead end‑to‑end client account management: onboarding, stakeholder engagement, brief definition, budget & timeline oversight

Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, production, and finance teams to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations

Identify upsell opportunities and work proactively to grow accounts, while maintaining client satisfaction and retention

Monitor project performance, report on KPIs, handle risk management, and ensure continuous improvement in account delivery
Key Skills:

Strong experience managing mid‑ to large‑scale accounts in a brand, design, or marketing agency environment

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; confident presenting to senior client stakeholders
