Key Responsibilities:

Manage the planning and delivery of a large-scale brand-building event taking place in the North of England, coordinating logistics, timelines, and agency partners.

Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution—from creative development and branding rollout to on-site coordination during the event.

Collaborate with PR, production, and client teams to ensure consistent communication, brand integrity, and a seamless guest experience.

Oversee budgets, schedules, and approvals, ensuring that creative and operational outputs align with strategic goals and are delivered on time and within scope.
