Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic client partnerships and drive business development and growth of client base.

Manage cross-disciplinary teams, and work closely with the Executive Creative Director and Managing Director to drive creative and commercial excellence.

You’ll help shape the business pipeline, support proposals and pitches, and spot opportunities for growth.
Key Skills:

Proven experience in a senior client services or consultancy role within brand design, creative, or strategic agencies, Senior Account Director level of above.

A passion for branding and design, with a sharp strategic mind and commercial sensibility.

Need to be entrepreneurial in spirit, highly commercial and really astute.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, both internally and externally.

Confident leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.

A collaborative, proactive approach and a drive to push boundaries.

Experience across consumer brands including aviation and transport.
