Key Responsibilities:
- Balancing objectivity and empathy, to unearth valuable insights that can unlock the potential, not only of what is creatively possible for the client’s brands, but also what is practical and purposeful.
- Employing intelligence, intuition and resourcefulness, to see things other people don’t, connecting the dots and distilling the information in way that is both easy-to-understand and inspirational to creatives and clients alike.
- Tell a brilliant story – ones that are grounded in logic and weaved with a touch of magic, and able to cohesively carry the brand’s essence across the full consumer experience.
- Oversee high-investment projects, ensuring clarity from insight to strategy to creative vision.
- Apply and refine proprietary tools—consumer insight frameworks, cultural trend maps, toolkit-led activation—while developing new methods to push strategic impact.
- Inspire and mentor strategy teams, supporting growth and sharpening their craft.
- Collaborate closely with creative, client services, and senior stakeholders to integrate strategic thinking across every touchpoint.
- Monitor cultural, category, and consumer shifts to ensure client strategies are forward-thinking, relevant, and provocative.
Key Skills:
- 7+ years experience in a strategy or innovation agency, working with global consumer clients and specifically within the personal care sector.
