Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day running of assigned client accounts within the branding and packaging arena: oversee briefs, timelines, deliverables and internal stakeholder coordination.

Act as the operational lead for the account – ensuring clear communication between the client and internal teams including strategy, creative, production and traffic.

Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, risks and timelines and proactively escalate or resolve issues to keep the account on track.

Support the team in building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring the agency consistently delivers strategic design-led outcomes.
Key Skills:

Experience working in a design or branding agency environment, with a strong grasp of brand identity and packaging processes.

Excellent organisational and project-management skills: able to manage multiple pipelines, drive delivery, ensure quality and maintain control in a fast-paced, independent agency setting.

Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities: comfortable engaging with clients, understanding their needs, translating design-led language into commercial terms and maintaining clarity throughout.
