Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute high-end design concepts from brief through delivery, ensuring work reflects the brand’s signature aesthetic of simplicity, serenity and timeless elegance.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, architects, brand teams and internal stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into design solutions that enhance guest experience and the brand narrative.
• Develop visual assets across digital, print and environmental touchpoints, maintaining consistency with elevated brand standards and design excellence.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing direction, feedback and support to foster their professional growth and elevate the overall quality of design output.
• Present and communicate design ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams and external partners, adapting messaging to different audiences while upholding the creative vision.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently, balancing creativity with meticulous attention to timelines, budgets and quality thresholds.

Key Skills

• Exceptional design expertise with a strong portfolio demonstrating luxury, hospitality or high-end lifestyle work that reflects strategic thinking and conceptual depth.
• Mastery of industry design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma), with fluency in both print and digital execution.
• Strong aesthetic judgement and creative sensibility, with an ability to innovate while aligning with established brand principles of refined restraint and thoughtful detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate design rationale and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving, comfortable working across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and developing junior designers, with a passion for nurturing talent and raising creative standards.
