Key Responsibilities:

Lead the management of a specific design-project account, working closely with the Senior Account Director to ensure seamless project delivery across strategy and design outputs.

Serve as the primary client contact, overseeing all communications, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring creative delivery aligns with business objectives.

Coordinate internal teams—including design, strategy, and production—to keep the project on schedule, within budget, and at the highest level of quality.

Track project performance, identify challenges early, propose solutions, and ensure a smooth workflow from briefing through to delivery.
