Key Responsibilities:

Responsibility for leading the client relationship on designated projects and account workstreams to build strong relationships with clients and ensure work exceeds their expectations

Delivery of multi-faceted projects alongside project teams of creatives, designers and strategists. This will include working on concurrent workstreams, and ensuring these stay on time, on budget and in line with our principles of creative excellence

Commercial responsibility for your workstreams including budgeting, tracking, forecasting and profitability reporting
Key Skills:

Previous experience in client services or project management in a top tier creative consultancy or design agency

A pro-active mindset, a drive to take on new challenges and a desire to learn are key

Diligence and attention to detail for all aspects of your work

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proven ability in crafting proposals

Comfortable working on multiple projects at once, alongside a varied creative team
