Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the client services relationship for one or more key accounts (or a portfolio of mid-sized clients) from strategy through to delivery
  • Act as the primary client interface: anticipate client needs, manage expectations clearly, escalate when required, and ensure the client’s business objectives and our execution are aligned
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (strategy, creative, production, innovation) to drive excellent delivery, on-time and on-budget
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts: upsell new services, expand scope, deepen the relationship
  • Own financials for your accounts: budgets, profitability, forecasting and invoicing
  • Maintain and update account plans, risk registers and status reporting; ensure smooth hand-over and onboarding of projects
  • Mentor more junior client service staff, help build best practice, encourage strong client-service culture
  • Contribute to new business pitches as required – support scoping, client briefing, proposal development and presentations

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years in Tier 1 creative agency  – ideally in branding/FMCG/packaging
  • Strong commercial acumen, organisational ability, comfortable managing P&L, budgets, forecasting and ensuring profitability
  • Collaborative mindset, strong verbal/written skills, and ability to thrive in fast-paced team environments
  • Credible background working with major brands, ideally in a multi-market or global context
  • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder: you can talk to clients and also translate client aims into internal delivery plans
  • Strategic mindset: you see beyond project tasks to bigger brand / business outcomes; you can spot opportunities and articulate value
  • Hybrid working mindset: you thrive face-to-face with colleagues/clients but also work effectively remotely
