Key Responsibilities:

Lead and nurture strategic relationships with key clients across global accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.

Drive growth and long-term value by identifying opportunities that deepen client engagement and expand the agency’s involvement.

Translate client business objectives into clear briefs and inspire internal teams to deliver outstanding creative and commercial solutions.

Maintain accountability for overall account performance, including profitability, forecasting and delivery against agreed goals.

Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams (strategy, creative, production, operations) to ensure seamless execution and high-quality outputs.

Partner with senior leadership to shape proposals, pitch presentations and strategic growth initiatives.

Represent clients and the agency at high-level meetings, workshops and industry events, ensuring professional, compelling dialogue and stakeholder confidence.

Mentor and support junior client service staff, promoting development, best practice and a culture of excellence.

Proven experience in senior client service, account leadership or partnership roles within a creative, design or brand strategy environment.
