Key Responsibilities:
- Manages a series of FMCG client accounts that are part of a larger portfolio.
- Has an excellent and comprehensive understanding of the client and their business.
- Confidently speaks to all of the agency’s capabilities and uses this knowledge to identify opportunities to grow existing business and add value to new business pursuits.
- Writes clear, compelling project proposals and scopes of work.
- Partners effectively with all departments to ensure delivery of on-time, high-quality deliverables that address all relevant client requirements.
- Collaborates across teams to ensure deliverables meet expectations, including the ability to coherently argue the case where work is considered off-brief or in need of refinement.
- Communicates findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner — in written, verbal and presentation formats.
- Leads regular client status calls and manages client status reporting.
- Ensures all correspondence, materials, presentations and proposals shared with clients are error-free, high-quality, relevant to client business challenges, and reflective of the agency’s brand.
- Is accountable for delivering all agreed-upon projects on time, on budget and on scope.
- Maintains close contact with resource management and the Business Director (or Client Director) to ensure projects are adequately resourced and aligned with scope and budget.
- Works with the Client Leader to address and resolve pricing, payment and scope-creep challenges.
- Partners with the Finance Team on financial reporting, invoicing, debt collection, timesheet completion, budget management and proactive revenue forecasting for their clients.
- Provides back-up and archiving of key client deliverables, credentials and case histories.
Key Skills:

FMCG Experience in a similar role within a brand consultancy is required.
