Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary senior-account lead on one or more strategic client relationships; own the day-to-day contact and be accountable for client satisfaction, retention and growth.

Translate high-level client business objectives and brand strategy into actionable account plans, working with internal teams (strategy, design, innovation, packaging, brand guardianship) to deliver against those plans.

Manage the financial performance of assigned accounts: set and maintain budgets, forecast revenue, monitor margin, manage change requests and ensure profitability.

Oversee the delivery of integrated brand projects, including identity refreshes, packaging programmes, brand architecture work, ensuring quality, timing, cost and business impact.

Lead senior-level client meetings, present strategic thinking and creative rationale, facilitate workshops and steer alignment among client stakeholders and internal teams.
Key Skills:

Significant experience in account management or client leadership roles within a creative, brand, packaging or design-agency environment, ideally handling major consumer or B2B brands.

Strong commercial acumen: proven ability to manage large budgets, negotiate contracts, monitor profitability and deliver financial discipline alongside creative delivery.

Excellent communicator and presenter: comfortable engaging with senior client stakeholders (director/C-suite level), articulating strategy, creative thinking and project progress with clarity and confidence.

Strategic thinker with a strong grounding in brand and design: able to link business goals, brand narrative and creative execution, and to add meaningful insight beyond delivery.
