Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end account management for a portfolio of mid to senior-level clients, acting as the primary point of contact and owning the client relationship.

Collaborate with creative, strategy and production teams to deliver brand identity, campaigns, redesigns and other client deliverables on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.

Define, monitor and report on project budgets, timelines, resource allocation and profitability; anticipate risks and escalate where needed.

Champion client briefs: interpret business and brand strategy, translating them into actionable project specifications, ensuring the team understands scope, objectives and deliverables.

Build long-term strategic relationships with clients: identify opportunities for growth, upsell additional services, and support new business development initiatives.

Provide thought leadership by advising clients on brand strategy, market positioning, creative direction and industry trends, helping them to evolve and elevate their brands.

Maintain clear, regular communication with clients and internal teams; organise and lead stakeholder meetings, status reports, presentations and workshops.

Ensure all client and agency processes (contracts, invoicing, deadlines, approvals) are adhered to and continuously improved.

Mentor and support junior account team members, facilitating knowledge transfer, best-practice account management and team cohesion.
Key Skills:

Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in account management within a creative, branding or design agency environment.

Strong commercial acumen: able to manage budgets, forecast costs, drive profitability and negotiate effectively with clients and suppliers.
