Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of brand clients, acting as a reliable lead contact and ensuring seamless coordination between client objectives and internal teams.

Lead strategic planning discussions, working with strategy and creative teams to define brand goals, challenge briefs, and shape work that delivers both impact and commercial value.

Oversee the delivery of multi-channel campaigns including packaging, digital, retail, experiential, and photography, ensuring projects remain on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.

Drive business growth within existing accounts by identifying new opportunities, upselling services, and building deep, trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Take ownership of the P&L for assigned accounts: manage forecasting, resource planning, budgeting, and profitability analysis.

Manage external communications and pitching for new business: prepare proposals, shape creative briefs, present to prospective clients, and support senior leadership in pitching.

Act as a mentor to junior account team members, fostering their growth, guiding their development, and ensuring strong cross-team collaboration.
- Track and report on campaign effectiveness and account health, using performance metrics to feed insight into future activity and improve client satisfaction.
Key Skills:
- Significant experience (typically 6+ years) in account management within a creative, branding, or design-led agency.
- Solid understanding of brand strategy and the ability to translate client business goals into creative-led briefs.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience running multi-touchpoint campaigns across different media (digital, packaging, retail, experiential).
- Proven business development ability, including a track record of expanding existing accounts.
- Financial literacy: comfortable managing account forecasts, billing, and profitability.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience leading client meetings and pitching.
- Empathetic and supportive people-leader who can motivate and manage junior team members.
