Key Responsibilities:

  • Run projects end-to-end, from shaping and understanding the brief through to delivery, ensuring clarity, momentum, and a consistently high standard of work throughout.

  • Works collaboratively with creative teams to solve project challenges, contributing ideas, offering clear direction, and helping to shape solutions that meet both client expectations and strategic objectives.

  • Build, nurture, and strengthen existing client relationships, acting as a trusted partner who anticipates needs, listens actively, and supports long-term account growth.

  • Proactively create and develops new contacts, identifying opportunities within the sector and confidently representing the studio in conversations, meetings, and networking environments.

  • Apply strong sector knowledge, excellent account management skills, and a keen awareness of profitability to ensure projects are well-structured, financially sound, and commercially successful.

  • Produce persuasive proposals, accurate forecasts, and well-structured presentations, drawing on excellent listening, negotiation, and communication abilities to guide conversations and secure buy-in.

  • Provide clear direction to project teams and key accounts, confidently presenting concepts, leading meetings, and maintaining a solution-focused, process-driven approach to problem-solving.

  • Clear understanding of what makes a successful property marketing campaign, inspiring others with a positive attitude, openness to new ideas, and a collaborative mindset.
