We’re working with a creative branding and communications agency specialising in wellbeing-focused brands, delivering strategically led, creatively distinctive work across strategy, design and communications. They partner with clients across beauty, health and FMCG, creating brand experiences that build trust, loyalty and long-term value.

They’re now looking for a Project Manager with 2–3 years’ experience to join their collaborative studio team.  You’ll be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high creative standard. Working closely with creative, strategy and client teams, you’ll play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple branding and communications projects from brief to delivery
  • Own timelines, scopes, budgets and resourcing across accounts
  • Act as a key point of contact between internal teams and clients
  • Ensure clear briefing, smooth workflows and on-time delivery
  • Maintain project systems, documentation and status reporting
  • Identify risks early and proactively problem-solve
  • Support continuous improvement of processes and ways of working

Key Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years’ experience as a Project Manager within a creative, branding or communications agency
  • Experience working on FMCG, beauty, health or med comms / healthcare communications projects
  • Highly organised and systems-oriented, with strong attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a studio-based, collaborative environment
