Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic vision across client portfolios, connecting brand strategy to business growth.

  • Partner with clients at c-suite level, shaping agendas and developing innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Deliver high-quality strategic content, from insight mapping to brand, portfolio, and creative strategy.

  • Drive new business opportunities and support growth within existing client relationships.

  • Lead workshops and collaborative sessions to inspire teams and generate ideas.

  • Mentor and develop strategy teams, elevating the overall quality of strategic thinking.

  • Identify untapped opportunities, becoming an indispensable partner for clients.

  • Ensure strategy workstreams align with creative and commercial ambitions.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a senior brand strategist or equivalent, with impact at c-suite level.
  • Expertise in brand strategy fundamentals: purpose, positioning, architecture, portfolio, and design strategy.
  • Strong understanding of the role of design in brand experience and digital content.
  • Experience across multiple sectors, with exposure to corporate, consumer, or challenger brands.
  • Skilled in translating insight into compelling strategic narratives and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborative, hands-on approach with a T-shaped mindset balancing strategic thinking and creative delivery.
  • Confident communicator, able to inspire teams and build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Open to learning, trying new approaches, and supporting both clients and colleagues.
