Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic workstreams across insight, brand, portfolio and creative strategy.

  • Translate client insights and market understanding into actionable, high-impact ideas.

  • Craft compelling strategic narratives connecting business and brand strategy.

  • Present confidently to c-suite clients and lead workshops to inspire teams and spark innovation.

  • Identify future opportunities for clients and provoke new thinking to shape their agenda.

  • Collaborate with design leads to ensure strategy translates into effective, results-driven work.

  • Contribute to new platforms, processes, and signature strategic capabilities.

  • Maintain a T-shaped approach, balancing analytical rigour with creative thinking.

Key Skills:

  • Proven senior-level experience delivering strategic impact at c-suite level.
  • Deep expertise in brand strategy fundamentals and experience in brand design and identity.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, brand experience, and the use of AI tools in strategy delivery.
  • Broad sector experience, with exposure to corporate, consumer, and challenger brands.
  • Skilled in culture/employee engagement, innovation, research insights, and analytics.
  • Collaborative, hands-on approach with the ability to mentor teams and roll up sleeves when needed.
  • Excellent communicator, able to build trust, influence stakeholders, and provide practical solutions
