Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a major global brand programme from end to end, ensuring strategic clarity, strong client engagement and seamless delivery.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments, including senior and c-suite audiences, with confidence and authority.
  • Guide the development of core brand strategy across positioning, naming, brand architecture, messaging and tone of voice.
  • Oversee long-term programme delivery (6–12 months), maintaining momentum and alignment across internal strategy, creative and project management teams.
  • Provide hands-on leadership, supporting internal PM functions and ensuring all workstreams remain on track.
  • Build trusted client relationships, anticipating needs and helping shape strategic decision-making.

Key Skills:

  • Approximately 10 years’ experience in brand management within a tier-one brand consultancy.
  • Strong familiarity with MENA markets, particularly the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
  • Sector experience across real estate, hospitality and retail, with a genuine interest in understanding the underlying needs of both clients and end users.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex brand programmes from strategy through delivery.
  • Demonstrated strength in presenting to senior stakeholders and navigating multi-layered client organisations.
  • Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution, providing structure, clarity and leadership at every stage.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
