Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, acting as primary point of contact and building trust through clear communication and responsiveness.

  • Coordinate between clients and internal creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

  • Support the delivery of brand, creative or strategy work – overseeing timelines, milestones, and quality control.

  • Help translate strategic direction into actionable briefs and monitor progress to meet client expectations.

  • Handle stakeholder communications, clarifying scope and aligning deliverables with client and business objectives.

  • Maintain strong organisational oversight – managing budgets, schedules, and internal workflows to ensure projects run smoothly.

  • Contribute to client growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and supporting pitch or proposal work.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in client management, account management or project coordination within an agency or consultancy environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to build rapport with clients and internal teams, at all levels.

  • Excellent organisational skills, adept at managing multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Ability to translate strategic/creative briefs into clear deliverables and coordinate execution.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment where flexibility and adaptability are key.

  • A proactive, client‑focused mindset with a problem‑solving attitude and a sense of ownership.

  • Ideally, experience working with brand, creative or digital projects across different sectors and a basic understanding of brand/creative/marketing principles.
