Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and senior point of contact

  • Represent the agency as a confident ambassador, presenting its philosophy, offer, and work with authority and credibility

  • Proactively manage and strengthen client relationships through strategic problem-solving, anticipation of risks, and continuous improvement

  • Demonstrate deep understanding of client businesses and industries, sharing relevant insights, trends, and thought leadership

  • Lead and support pitching, presentations, and proposals, coaching others and confidently handling senior and challenging audiences

  • Drive growth and revenue across key accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and identification of new opportunities

  • Own client forecasting, revenue tracking, and development planning to meet annual commercial targets

  • Oversee macro-level programme delivery in partnership with programme management, ensuring work meets client and commercial objectives

  • Support new business acquisition efforts through senior-level client engagement and commercial input

  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members while role-modelling collaboration, culture, and best practice across the studio

Key Skills:

  • Senior agency experience: Minimum 8 years’ experience managing client relationships within an agency environment, with a strong track record of leading large-scale, global brand transformation programmes across design, strategy, or brand disciplines.

  • Exceptional communication: Highly effective verbal and written communicator with strong listening skills; able to adapt communication style to different audiences, provide clarity, and influence with confidence and credibility.

  • Accountability & commercial ownership: Takes full ownership of client relationships and account growth, with the ability to develop single engagements into long-term, strategically valuable partnerships.
