Key Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively across internal teams and build strong, trusted partnerships with key clients, contributing to both global and challenger brand projects.

Develop clear, compelling brand narratives and portfolio strategies, particularly within the CPG space.

Conduct and interpret consumer research and trend analysis to uncover insights and the deeper “why” behind ideas.

Craft strategic frameworks and storytelling that guide creative work, using influences from behavioural economics, cognitive neuroscience, and semiotics where relevant.

Contribute proactively within a fast-paced, curious, and collaborative studio environment – bringing motivation, openness, and a hunger to explore how and why brands truly work
Key Skills:
- Have at least four years of brand strategy experience, marketing campaigns and communications.
- Be an outstanding facilitator – experienced in designing and leading workshops, that enable creative leaps and break through political impasses.
- Experience of working in and/or with large, complex organisations, and in client-facing roles.
- Positive and persuasive – able to inspire confidence in people at all levels, and a true ambassador for the company.
