Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively across internal teams and build strong, trusted partnerships with key clients, contributing to both global and challenger brand projects.

  • Develop clear, compelling brand narratives and portfolio strategies, particularly within the CPG space.

  • Conduct and interpret consumer research and trend analysis to uncover insights and the deeper “why” behind ideas.

  • Craft strategic frameworks and storytelling that guide creative work, using influences from behavioural economics, cognitive neuroscience, and semiotics where relevant.

  • Contribute proactively within a fast-paced, curious, and collaborative studio environment – bringing motivation, openness, and a hunger to explore how and why brands truly work

Key Skills:

  • Have at least four years of brand strategy experience, marketing campaigns and communications.
  • Be an outstanding facilitator – experienced in designing and leading workshops, that enable creative leaps and break through political impasses.
  • Experience of working in and/or with large, complex organisations, and in client-facing roles.
  • Positive and persuasive – able to inspire confidence in people at all levels, and a true ambassador for the company.
