Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key day-to-day contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships
  • Manage projects from briefing through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Collaborate closely with internal creative and strategy teams to deliver best-in-class work
  • Support the development of clear project briefs and scopes of work
  • Coordinate feedback, approvals, and next steps between clients and internal teams
  • Ensure clear communication across all stakeholders throughout each project
  • Help identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in an Account Manager role within a brand, design, or creative agency
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Confidence managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Interest or experience within global real estate, hospitality, or luxury sectors is highly beneficial
