Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative development of brand identities, visual systems and packaging from concept through to delivery.
- Translate strategic insights into compelling, original design solutions that are conceptually strong and beautifully crafted.
- Take ownership of projects, managing timelines, outputs and quality while collaborating closely with strategy, copy and production partners.
- Mentor and support mid-level and junior designers, offering clear feedback and creative guidance.
- Present ideas confidently to internal teams and clients, articulating design thinking and rationale clearly.
- Ensure all work is delivered to a consistently high standard and aligned with brand, sustainability and ethical principles.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in branding and identity design, within a top tier creative studio or agency environment.
- Exceptional conceptual thinking with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand-led, strategic design work.
- High level of craft across typography, layout, colour and visual systems; packaging experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (and relevant design tools), with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator and collaborator, comfortable presenting and leading creative discussions.
- Organised, proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
