Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop senior client relationships, becoming a trusted strategic advisor

Own and manage the commercial performance of accounts, including forecasting and P&L

Partner with strategy and creative teams to deliver work that is both strategically robust and creatively outstanding

Build and execute client growth plans, identifying organic growth and new business opportunities

Mentor, motivate and develop Account Managers and Senior Account Managers

Champion agency values and contribute to process improvement and agency growth
Key Skills:

Proven experience in a brand or design consultancy environment

Strong background in food and drink branding (highly desirable)

Commercially astute with confidence managing budgets and profitability

Gravitas and credibility with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
