Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders and external partners to define and deliver high-value marketing projects aligned with brand positioning

  • Create and deliver premium marketing assets, including brochures, property portfolios, newsletters and digital content for luxury residential properties

  • Plan and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to HNW and UHNW clients, ensuring a highly personalised and discreet approach

  • Prepare campaign updates and performance reports for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making

  • Support the management of social media channels to enhance brand presence, engagement and credibility within the prime property sector

  • Enhance website copy, UX and SEO to improve customer journeys and showcase high-value property listings effectively

  • Contribute to the development and execution of wider brand and marketing strategy initiatives

Key Skills

  • Strong written and visual communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Understanding of email marketing, social media management and website optimisation

  • A professional, discreet and brand-conscious approach
